1. WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are based in sunny Florida USA and our current warehouses are based out of China and Europe with some US-based warehouses coming soon!!

2. HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

  • All our products are subjected to a period of handling before being shipped
  • 99% of our orders leave the warehouse between 1 to 3 days after the order has been placed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order gets shipped along with a tracking number

3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The delivery time is written on each product. We ship from our warehouses in Asia, the average delivery time is 15-25 business days not including customs delays and holidays. Most of the time, packets are delivered within 3 weeks.

4. I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE ... WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Not to worry, this is by design! We have arranged with our factory to ship products as soon as they are ready to ensure you get your products as quickly as possible. This may mean you will receive more than one package.

5. WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming which products were purchased, as well as billing and shipping addresses. If the shipping address was incorrectly entered, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed and we can update your order manually.

Unfortunately, it is beyond our control if your order has already shipped. We can organize to have your products re-shipped to you once they have been returned to the factory. You will, however, be subject to a re-shipping fee.
